Ryan Mooney
Prior to founding Intention Investment, Ryan was a Fund Manager for one of Australia’s leading investment managers, managing over $350m in unlisted property trusts. Under Ryan’s leadership, the firm’s flagship industrial property trust received multiple awards and delivered total returns exceeding 10% p.a.. Ryan has a background in property development, having delivered projects in retirement living, healthcare and education valued at over $500m. Ryan’s experience in these sectors ignited a passion for socially-focussed property.
